With almost 20 years experience as an architect and interior designer, Luigi is co-founder and Creative Director of Oro Bianco.

Since joining Ralph Lauren in 2000 to launch the brand’s home furnishing division in the UK, Luigi has become one of the most sought-after and admired Creative Directors in the industry.

In 2004 he left Ralph Lauren and opened Forma Designs, which he expanded into Casa Forma in 2007, completing projects ranging from luxury penthouses to a private polo club.

In 2011 he co-founded Oro Bianco to focus on London’s super-prime property market, working with the studio’s portfolio of international clients.

Luigi combines his Brazilian/Italian heritage with his passion for art, sculpture and fashion to inspire his signature contemporary style.

Stefania Mazzarini

Originally from Italy, Stefania moved to London in 2000 to enrol at the Chelsea College of Art & Design, where she completed a course in Interior Design.

She graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2006, where she was awarded a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Interior Design and Technology. Stefania was selected to present her work at two major exhibitions; D&AD New Blood and New Designers.

In 2007 Stefania started at Draisci Studio, working across residential and retail projects, before joining Creative Director Luigi Esposito at Casa Forma. In 2011 she moved across with Luigi to become Creative Director of Oro Bianco.

Killian Thomas Lynch

With over 20 years management experience, driving forward established and start-up businesses, Killian is co-founder and Managing Director of Oro Bianco.

Having worked with Luigi Esposito for over ten years, firstly at Forma Design, and then at Casa Forma, the pair launched Oro Bianco Interior Design in October 2011.

Since gaining a degree in marketing and a qualification in information systems design, Killian’s roles have included Business Analyst at Anderson Consulting and Supporter Services Manager at the British Heart Foundation.

Now, as Managing Director, Killian’s position spans operations, strategy, finance, and product development.
